So much new stuff, so lacking in updates.

Tue Nov 24, 2009, 12:33 AM
I fail,
I have so very much in need of uploading that is fermenting by the wayside.
in the meantime I believe I may have caught cancer by watching "Surfer nazi'z must DIE!" but with such a title I can hardly blame the movie.
I do honestly attest that I will try to get an update in. I promise.

omgwtf, I've been there and back.

so I got back from Colorado a couple of days ago.

yeah, I left for personal, spiritual, and grammatical reasons. I also left without giving my job, my friends, and my family more than a days notice. so, needless to say upon my return, there were a few annoyed friends, one very pissed off manager, and a whole squad of squabbling roommates (my room is the biggest and the vultures were descending)
now, I work at a liquor store which is amusing. I also have spend the last few days playing some classic PS1 games (as I am poor and could not afford a Wii or a 360)

fortunately, with the climate change the wonderful fauna of the Mississippi area is making spirited attempts to gain entrance to our shelter. (DAMN YOU INSECTS!) but soon this will change when we get our first real storm and lots of trees fall over. Yes, we're used to tornado's and hurricanes. you want to know why we still haven't got everything cleaned up from Katrina? well yes we're phenomenally under funded but also our local government maintains the stance of "well it's just going to get messed up again." in regards to certain clean up projects. Then they spend the money on new police equipment. why? because after the storm, most of the coast dwellers stayed in mid too upper Mississippi, this results in a large upsurge in crime and population. Police, overwhelmed and under paid, quit. the state then tries, in it's own way, to bribe them with new equipment. So far, it's only working on the noobs who have just graduated from academy.

any who, needing to lighten the mood i do, I have once more gained access to the net and hopefully I shall upload more photo's soon (if the moon and Saturn line up)

well, my trip to Colorado was illuminating and fun. (in that roller coaster made by a autistic geriatric kinda way) I learned much and was surprised at the average person's detachment not only from the emotional well being of their neighbor (that was not really a surprise, people outside of smaller towns carry that air about them) but the striking part was their indifference to their very own emotional pain. They carried it on they shoulder and didn't even pay it any attention, like it was normal. Idealistic though I may be logic dictates that the first step to fixing something that is broken is to notice that there's is something that is in need of fixing. These people lived in defiance of that law. It was astounding. Alas I do witter and prattle of things that are probably well known to those outside of the far removed state of Mississippi. I simply comment that these things should not be.

I am a small voice but I should endeavor to be a truthful voice.

I shall attempt to update in a timely fashion but no guarantees can be made. Who knows what tomorrow brings.

Peace.

so, it seems that I, in fact, do draw art. mwuahahahaha!

*ahem* sorry.

I'm just overjoyed that after months of trying to find someone with a scanner that wasn't realy harsh on my drawings I find out that one of my roommates had one. (after I accidently leaned on some papers and the resulting landslide exposed a brand new scanner.) I am just posting up some of my latest stuff. right now there's only like five pieces but maybe in a while I'll get the time to crank out some new stuff.

Thanks Fae and Chaosia, you guys gave me a reason to do it. :P
